Although Ferringhi Residence 2 may seem that it guarantees more privacy than The Marin but in terms of the location of the property, The Marin still tops the list with views of both the beach and the forest.  The size of the units in the Marin is also bigger than that of Ferringhi Residence 2.

10 Island Resort by Ivory Properties Group Bhd. is made up of 266 condominium units and 11 units of semi-detached villas.
