Apart from Perla Ara Sentral, Prasarana has 7 other transit-oriented projects in Klang Valley, with GDV between RM600 million and RM3.5 billion. The name ‘Perla’ is derived from ‘Pearl’ in Italian, embodying the lifestyle of grandeur amidst treasured moments. Perla Ara Sentral offers a vibrant living place of everyday ease, centred around direct linkage to LRT station, with strategic vicinity to various amenities, such as office, leisure place and residence.

This project includes 6 blocks of serviced apartments, 1 office block and 1 block combining hotels and serviced apartments. Currently, two blocks of apartments(3A & 3B) are open for registration. The built-up area of the serviced apartments is between 550 sq ft to 1271 sq ft, aiming to accommodate the various needs of people. Among the 648 units, 180 are affordable housing units. Price for the non-affordable housing units starts from RM 390,000.

Perla Ara Sentral Location

Perla Ara Sentral is located in Ara Damansara, a residential township first developed in 1999 by Sime Pilmoor Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad. Ara Damansara is a sought-after neighbourhood with high potential in Petaling Jaya. This is mainly due to its strategic location situated right in the middle of several towns such as Bandar Utama, Glenmarie, Sunway, Tropicana and Kota Damansara.

Ara Damansara draws a lot of middle to high-income locals and Japanese expatriates. The report by CBRE, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms, puts the average monthly household income in the area at RM8,300.
