Both have some 35 units each on offer as it is the more popular option of three bedrooms units of in Type C and D, with built-up areas ranging from 943 to 992 square feet, providing the bulk in units with 382 apartments on offer.

The most spacious offerings for Aradia are the dual key four-bedroom units of Type E and F, with built-up space ranging between 1,484 and 1,687 square feet. 86 are up for grabs for these units.

Side Benefits

An added benefit to purchasers is that all the apartment units are partially furnished with fully fitted kitchen, complete with cooker hoods and hob and flue, and toilets with cabinet, mirror and water heater.

Purchasers of apartment units of above 1,000 square feet in the built-up area gain an extra car parking slot to the one unit for all units, with the reserved car parks located in the phase eight-storey elevated car park.
