Similar properties around the area include The Colony, which is just behind the Quill Residences development, while Regalia @ Sultan Ismail sits further out of the city towards Jalan Kuching.

Comparing Quill Residence and The Colony side-by-side, it is safe to say that properties around the area generally are steep in prices. However, The Colony is a little cheaper than Quill Residences as the former faces older inroads of Kuala Lumpur and may not be a pleasant sight for prospective buyers.
