Meta City Residence Floor Plan

Meta City Residence has a total of 990 units across 38 floors in Tower A. The allocation for Lux is 594 units, while the remaining 396 units are allocated for Lux Soho. These units are divided into 3 types which are Type A, Type B, and Type C. The classification of these units is based on the size of the unit and the number of bedrooms.

The density of Tower B is lower compared to Tower A due to more priority given to future residents’ privacy. Target Market

Meta City will be connected to the MRT2-Taman Putra Permai through the proposed interconnecting bridge linked to Meta mall. This connection allows direct access to the mall, Putrajaya Sentral, KLCC east, and other main townships. This development is the first of its type due to the mixture of various components such as residence, hotel, mall, and corporate tower. Furthermore, the increasing employment opportunities in Putrajaya and KLIA could attract more people into residing in Seri Kembangan.
