Public transportation is easily accessible. There are three LRT stations, namely LRT Rampai, LRT Wangsa Maju and LRT Setiawangsa. Those stations increase movement accessibility around Setapak thus connecting residents to KLCC, AEON Alpha Angle and Wangsa Walk Shopping Mall. Sky Awani 4, with a total gross development value of more than RM534 million, comprises three residential blocks that stand on a land area of 4.73-acre. Due to the success of the sold-out Sky Awani 3, SkyWorld has launched its successor, Sky Awani 4 as part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) together with the help of the government. Even before the completion of Sky Awani 3, buyers rushed to book Sky Awani 4 units during SkyWorld Gallery’s open day. SkyWorld estimates that the project will complete in 2023.

Setapak has emerged as one of the important suburbs accompanying Kuala Lumpur. The area is attracting more property developers and homebuyers alike as it has become integral in modernising the Kuala Lumpur’s outskirts. The main property developer in the area is Platinum Victory Sdn. Bhd. Despite several properties built by Platinum Victory across Sentul and Setapak, SkyWorld Development Group still has a reputation as a developer that can stand its ground against its competitors in the Setapak market.

Residensi Platinum Teratai, the 29-storey residence build on a prime 8-acre plinth of land along Jalan Langkawi was completed at the end of 2019. Its units are larger compared to Sky Awani 4 but are priced slightly higher at RM382,000. Some units are partially furnished with wardrobes, lighting, ceiling fans, refrigerators and air conditioners. The main areas such as the kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom and guest room are equipped too. Such benefits prompt the property to cost RM457 per square feet.

Sky Awani 4’s price per foot is competitive versus other project developments in the area. Its small unit size differentiates it from other options available, making it the right choice for small and new families. Sky Awani 4’s facilities and conveniences push itself to the top of the buyers’ list. However, a lot can still change before 2023 arrives depending on the state of our economy.
