Residensi Far East Developer: Far East Kuchai Development Sdn Bhd

Far East Kuchai Development was set up by printing company Far East Offset & Engraving Sdn Bhd. Apparently, Koh Lean Chong, the father of the Managing Director Koh Seng Tee started the printing business in 1970, with the printing plant operating in Kuchai Lama. The plant was subsequently moved to Seri Kembangan and the land was slated for redevelopment.

The group was looking for new business opportunities and decided to develop homes in Kuala Lumpur. Far East Kuchai Development was incorporated in November 2016. Residensi Far East will be developed on the land where the printing plant was located. They started planning about two years ago, and then MRT Corp told it needed to acquire one-third of the land.

Their land has been divided into two by the acquisition of the MRT track that runs across it. The Koh generation wishes to make it a medium-to-high range project that caters to the middle class and uses quality materials because it is their first building project and reputation is extremely important to them.
