Lucentia Residences is a joint development between UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA), Eco World Development Group Berhad (Eco World), and Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Malaysia.

UDA Holdings Berhad, a public listed company was formerly known as Urban Development Authority of Malaysia. It was established by the Malaysian government on 12 November 1971. It was incorporated on 1 September 1996 and became UDA Holdings Sdn Bhd before it was renamed to UDA Holdings Berhad in 1999. Among its objectives are to launch and oversee urban development projects related to business, industry, and housing as well as to develop urban infrastructure. UDA is also responsible for the conservation of historic urban buildings.
