Ativo Suites is a serviced apartment/ residence within an urban integrated city development bolstered in the matured Bandar Sri Damansara. It is just 10 minutes away from the shopping belt of 1 Utama, IKEA, The Curve and Tesco with Kuala Lumpur city centre just about 30 minutes away.

Ativo Suites is developed by Indo Aman Bina Sdn. Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TA Global Bhd. It is marketed as a mixed development super-hub that will accommodate the needs of an urban and sophisticated community.

Damansara Avenue, first launched in 2010, has Azelia Residences and Ativo Plaza that have been fully sold and completed. Azelia Residences consists of 250 units of serviced apartments, while Ativo Plaza comprises of two blocks of 43 retail and commercial lots and 198 strata offices. Avito Suites will be placed next to Avito Plaza.

Ativo Suites Location

Ativo Suites is located in Damansara Avenue, which is the first transit-oriented master plan development in Bandar Sri Damansara with MRT2 station as well as well connectivity to multiple major highways. With the existing uninterrupted access from the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the Kepong-Selayang highway, this development keeps convenience as part of their priority. Meanwhile, a proposed bridge link to the future Sri Damansara East MRT2 station is under planning.

Ativo Suites Facilities and Amenities

Target Market

Ativo Suites comprises 668 serviced apartments, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM550 million. The built-up for the units range from 499 sq ft to 1,498 sq ft, and they were priced from RM481,800 to RM1.519 million during its launch. Tower B, which was previewed in the third quarter of 2017 is 95% sold, while Tower A was launched in 2018 is 65% sold (as of December 2018).

Millennials prefer easier, faster and manageable commutes as well as integrated mixed-use developments to complement their lifestyles. Having listened to the needs and wants of the young community, TA Global will incorporate comprehensive amenities and green concepts into the masterplan, which includes retail lots, office hubs and residential apartments, as well as a dedicated sports complex and a performing arts centre. The three developments chosen for this analysis are located approximately five kilometres away from Ativo Suites. Compared to the other three developments, Ativo Suites offers a range of built-up sizes that are suited for its target market, the millennials. Although the built-up sizes are smaller compared to the rest, millennials typically enjoy a fuss-free living space that would entail less cleaning and maintenance to suit an on-the-go lifestyle that is convenient yet comfortable. 

Between the four developments, Amanja Semi-D Suites comes closest to Ativo Suites in terms of the price range. However, the former was completed in 2018, while Ativo Suites is a brand-new development that will be completed this year.

Compared with Damansara Foresta and South Brooks @Desa Park City, although the price per square feet for Ativo Suites is relatively higher, however, Ativo Suites will be located within an urban-integrated city development with an attractive location in a matured township, bringing together the best of both worlds.
