Ativo Suites Overview
Ativo Suites is a serviced apartment/ residence within an urban integrated city development bolstered in the matured Bandar Sri Damansara. It consists of two high-rise tower blocks within Damansara Avenue, which is a 48-acre master freehold mixed development that features six complementary components: lush private landscapes, condominiums, lifestyle mall, corporate office towers, a dedicated sports complex and a performing arts centre.
As part of the master plan and the second residential project to be launched within Damansara Avenue, Ativo Suites holds a total gross development value (GDV) of RM7.6 billion. Damansara Avenue is located close to matured townships, such as Mutiara Perdana, Damansara Perdana, Prima Damansara, Bandar Menjalara, Damansara Damai. It is just 10 minutes away from the shopping belt of 1 Utama, IKEA, The Curve and Tesco with Kuala Lumpur city centre just about 30 minutes away.
Ativo Suites is developed by Indo Aman Bina Sdn. Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TA Global Bhd. It is marketed as a mixed development super-hub that will accommodate the needs of an urban and sophisticated community.
Damansara Avenue, first launched in 2010, has Azelia Residences and Ativo Plaza that have been fully sold and completed. Azelia Residences consists of 250 units of serviced apartments, while Ativo Plaza comprises of two blocks of 43 retail and commercial lots and 198 strata offices. Avito Suites will be placed next to Avito Plaza.
Ativo Suites is located in Damansara Avenue, which is the first transit-oriented master plan development in Bandar Sri Damansara with MRT2 station as well as well connectivity to multiple major highways. With the existing uninterrupted access from the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the Kepong-Selayang highway, this development keeps convenience as part of their priority. In brief, below are the major conveniences that are reachable from Ativo Suites: There are a total of 198 office suites and 43 retail units. Tower B, which was previewed in the third quarter of 2017 is 95% sold, while Tower A was launched in 2018 is 65% sold (as of December 2018). Millennials prefer easier, faster and manageable commutes as well as integrated mixed-use developments to complement their lifestyles. Having listened to the needs and wants of the young community, TA Global will incorporate comprehensive amenities and green concepts into the masterplan, which includes retail lots, office hubs and residential apartments, as well as a dedicated sports complex and a performing arts centre. Compared with Damansara Foresta and South Brooks @Desa Park City, although the price per square feet for Ativo Suites is relatively higher, however, Ativo Suites will be located within an urban-integrated city development with an attractive location in a matured township, bringing together the best of both worlds. Ativo Suites is one of the key developments by TA Global, which is an award-winning property developer with projects in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, China, and Canada.
