Astrum Ampang Floor Plan

The units will be launched for registration in gradual phases. The first phase, Phase 1, comprises 712 RMM SoHos and serviced apartments and 1360 SoHo transit homes in Tower A and Tower S, respectively. In the first phase, the RMM SoHos and serviced apartments will have built-ups of 450 sqft and are available for RM230 000, whereas the 550 sqft units are sold for RM250 000. Similarly, SoHo transit homes that are 280 sq ft will be priced at RM230 000.

 

The following two phases, Phase 2 and Phase 3 are expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2022 and subsequently during the first quarter of 2023. In Phase 2, 664 SoHo suites will be launched in Tower T, and 1360 units of SoHo transit homes will be launched in Tower R. The starting prices for these units of 450 sq ft begins at RM430,000. However, note that they vary in price due to floor levels and views. 

 

On the other hand, Phase 3 will be launching another 664 units of SoHo suites in Tower U and 468 units of services apartments in Tower M. The SoHo suites, which are 450 sqft, will be priced at RM430 000. The serviced apartments (which have two to three bedrooms) will range from 550 to 1100 sqft in size and start at RM495 000. The SoHo suites will come with air conditioners, and the serviced apartments will be fitted to have air conditioners, water heaters and kitchen cabinets.
