Habitus Denai Alam Overview
Habitus Denai Alam is a unique development that is made up of 305 units of SOVO units and serviced residences. Built-up sizes of these units range from 451 square feet to 998 square feet. There are also 16 units of boutique retail suites with separate strata titles. These suites are located on the ground and first floor. Staking a claim of being the first high rise concept development in Denai Alam (City of Elmina), Habitus Denai Alam is located over 2.25 acres of freehold land. It is due for completion in 2023.

In terms of traffic, the Elmina Interchange helps to smoothen traffic flow and improve traffic dispersion at the Denai Alam and Bukit Subang townships, especially during peak hours. The Elmina Interchange also connects the City of Elmina to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE).
