Target Market

Rencana Royale appeals to Malay homeowners, typically for couples or families. The executive suite is a studio unit which perfectly accommodates a single homeowner. However, the executive suite is a 2 bedroom unit, thus it can be perfect for a young couple or newlyweds. The deluxe suite is a 3 bedroom space, therefore the unit caters to a start-up family of 4 members. The deluxe suite duplex is a 5+1 bedroom with 4 bathrooms, hence accommodating to a big family of 4-6 members. The extra bedroom is perfect for guests visiting. Rencana Royale has the smallest built-up area compared to the other high-rise developments. TTDI Segaris Duplex Suites is similar to Rencana Royale in terms of their expected date of completion. However, Rencana Royale’s launch price is RM351,000 whereas TTDI Segaris Duplex Suites’ launch price is RM900,000, making it more than double the price of Rencana Royale. However, the higher starting selling price of TTDI Segaris Duplex Suites is attributed to its larger size offerings. Despite the bigger built-up size, upon comparing the price PSF, Rencana Royale is still the more affordable option for most buyers.

In hindsight, Rencana Royale proves to be the most practical option to reside in as it is an affordable and freehold property. In addition, Rencana Royale comes with a wide array of facilities that is distinctive.
