Target Market

Mizu Residences seems to appeal to the upper middle class of the market given its great facilities and its strategic location in Ara Damansara. Mizu Residences offers relatively small units with a maximum built-up area of 888 sq ft therefore it is most likely to attract working professionals or small families.

On the other hand, its close proximity to the Japanese School of Kuala Lumpur may attract a number of Japanese expatriates. Mizu Residences is also close to a few tertiary institutions and business parks therefore it opens up the possibility for investors seeking monthly rental yield from students and/or working professionals.
