Hampton Damansara Overview
Located in the quiet suburb of Kuala Lumpur facing the greeneries of Penchala Hill lies an iconic freehold residential serviced apartment, Hampton Damansara. Like living in any suburb, this resident offers the necessary peace and calmness with nature after a hectic day at work. Developed by Mayland Supreme Sdn. Bhd, Hampton Damansara is a luxurious project that offers resort-style living in Country Heights Damansara. This construction began in 2017 and after 3 years, it is well on its way to completion.
This new landmark is built on a 3.2-acre land, 43-storey high, with 700 units- each well-equipped with top-tier facilities. These 700 units range from 2+1 room units (915 sq ft) to 4+1 rooms (2,009 sq ft). The larger size variant comes with a dual-key system, specifically designed to allow for easier renting and to generate a higher rental yield. One of the key highlights of this residential project is its direct access to Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP), making it extremely convenient to travel all over Klang Valley with its interchange of network highways.
Hampton Damansara comes with 5-tier security, an expected level of security for a top-notch service residence. In short, this lavish modern establishment offers tranquillity amid green nature while staying extremely proximate to the modern cities of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
Hampton Damansara is akin to having a hidden sanctuary located away from the hustle and bustle of KL and its skyscrapers. Unlike TTDI, Bandar Utama, Damansara and Kepong, not many would have heard of Country Heights Damansara, let alone Hampton. Hampton Damansara is just 5 minutes to other towns such as TTDI, Bandar Utama and Damansara. Backed by lush green forest and fronting the LDP, accessing Hampton would be like a walk in the park with LDP having intersections with most major highways (see below). Hampton Damansara acts as a central hub that connects directly to LDP. LDP plays a vital role to connect road users from Kepong, passing through busy districts such as Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara and Bandar Sunway, to Puchong. Exiting to LDP alone allows road users to connect to its vast array of network highways, namely MRR2, Sprint, Penchala, Duke and PLUS. The only downside to having such convenience is having to pass through a toll booth as Hampton Damansara is situated outside just the LDP toll booth. So, regardless of which direction you come from, it’s almost a necessity to pass through the toll booth to get home. In just 10 kilometres’ radius, residents can find a variety of shopping complexes as well as golf courses and driving ranges and golf courses located in the Bandar Utama and Damansara regions and the famous Desa Park Township. For most people, shopping malls like One Utama, IKEA, The Curve, and 3 Damansara (formerly Tropicana City Mall) come to mind. . On the other hand, residents can also head to Mont Kiara or TTDI for some coffee time or nightlife sessions in the bars and clubs. There are also a handful of educational and healthcare amenities nearby which have an excellent reputation in their respective fields. There are 2 residential towers commonly known as Block A and Block B. The neatly symmetrical-looking towers house a total of 700 units sharing a 7-storey parking facility. The parking facility consists of the first 6 floors while right on the 7th floor is a behemoth 70,000 square feet of facilities for residents to utilize. All master bedrooms come equipped with an enclosed wardrobe, together with a plaster ceiling. For bathrooms, what’s showering without having a pre-installed water heater. To ensure each individual and family has a layout suitable for them, there are 8 types of floor plans, ranging from 915 sq ft to 2,009 sq ft. Each unit comes with a minimum of 1 parking lot.

Families will be thrilled that it has an Olympic size swimming pool – but how does it incorporate nature inside a pool? Whether you suffer any of the above symptoms, surely one can enjoy the therapeutic effects of entering a sauna and loosen the sore muscles away. To all fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders, there’s the traditional gym with its wide-ranging facilities. There’s also the first-of-its-kind aqua gym which incorporates water to build resistance for muscles as compared to the usual weights. If you happen to be an avid golfer yet do not have the luxury of having a golf course nearby, fret not as Hampton brings you an indoor golf simulator. Whether it’s sunshine or raining, at dusk or dawn, you’ll find no excuse not to take your mastery to the next level as you can practice every golf stroke with our simulator. Regardless if you’re a golfer, swimmer, gym enthusiast, or even a basketballer, there’s surely a facility inside the 70,000 sq ft on Level 7 that will guarantee to help you relax and connect with nature more. As Hampton Damansara is sitting on a prized piece of land surrounded by the upper-middle class affluent demographics of Damansara and Desa Park City, it’s no surprise that the developer sees this group as the direct target market. With a nett starting price of RM720k (RM787psf) for Type A, the minimum loan instalment over 35 years would be RM3102 (assuming the loan rate being 3.8%). While this may be above the means of most ordinary Malaysians, for working professionals with a few years of experience, this is well within their reach. Those who value tranquillity, convenience, nature and tight security will find that this development will cater specifically to their needs and wouldn’t mind paying an extra premium for it compared to the other neighbourhoods around it (see below.) Within 5km radius, one would not be short of finding alternatives to The Hampton Damansara. The most direct competitor of Hampton would be the one just north of it: Park Regent inside Desa Park City. It has an average selling price of RM1100 PSF. Dubbed as one of the best integrated townships to live in Klang Valley, it’s no wonder that most units have been snapped up. The other integrated project would be Tropicana Gardens at Kota Damansara with an average nett selling price of RM1000 PSF. Despite not having any greeneries to boast about, it does have a direct integrated walkway to the MRT and a shopping mall. It’s ultimately up to buyers to decide between having nature or amenities. Personally, both are arguably highly strategic in terms of their location; Hampton would be more strategic to buyers who wish to go to KL and PJ, while Tropicana Gardens, for those to Ara Damansara or Subang area. There’s also a recent new development by Exsim group called D Quince. With a much more affordable price tag of RM600 PSF comes the trade-off for a higher-dense number of occupants, less impressive feat of amenities and location and parking facilities. Also, if one doesn’t mind venturing out of Damansara area, one can find more affordable units in areas such as Kepong under East Parc Residence with an average selling price of just RM600 PSF. If you happen to be a Malay and enjoy as much greeneries as Hampton offers, then there are at least two Malay-reserved projects that will cater to that specific need in mind (The Trees Damansara at Bukit Lanjan and Rencana Royale at TTDI.) They are cheaper with an average selling price of around RM500 PSF and RM600 PSF respectively. Recognized as one of the prominent luxury developers in Malaysia, Mayland Supreme Sdn. Each unit comes semi-furnished with fundamental home-living packages that include a microwave oven, a washing machine, an Electrolux-branded refrigerator, and several kitchen cabinets.
The smallest unit is Type A. Ideally, this would be for young couples and having one child at most. This layout comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 larger Master Bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom. As for bathrooms, it has two, one that is attached to and serves the Master Bedroom and the other at the common area which also doubles up as an attached bathroom for the smaller room. There is a study room (which can be converted into an extra room) and the usual living room, kitchen area, and dining area.
On the other end of the spectrum, the largest available layout is Type D2 and D3 that spans 2009 sq ft. It comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Like type A1, only the Master Bedroom comes with its own private attached bathroom.
