The concern with 8th and Stellar is its higher price per sq ft for a leasehold title project. Besides, there is a lack of major hospitals surrounding the property as well as clinics. This surely does pose a concern for residents who need to attend to urgent medical matters.

The next property is Residensi Far East. This serviced residence is due for completion in 2021. However, this property received a negative review such that its developer is a new company with no track record of completed projects or any ongoing ones. Besides, the project is also situated near to the factory of Ajinomoto Malaysia, which may raise concerns about chemical effluent management.
Last but not least is The Hermington. The Hermington is noted to be quite affordable given its spacious built-up size of 1,075 sq ft at RM410 per sq ft. However, potential buyers of this property will not be given much choice in choosing the built-up size of the unit. Every unit of the property is sized at 1,075 sq ft.
