Developed on a 4.55-acre of land, Alix Residence is a low-density development with a total of 364 units in comparison to other residences that have more than 600 units. Other than more contemporary design provided in Alix Residences, it also offers the first sky futsal facility in the area. Despite a challenging property market, Alix Residences can still be attractive as both towers feature spacious layouts centred on family living with its best-in-class facilities. TA Global Berhad has many developments and they include landed residences, high-rise condominiums, commercial projects, and hotels in prime locations. Luxury bungalows and semi-detached villas in Damansara Idaman and Idaman Villas, Petaling Jaya, Idaman Residence next to KLCC are some of the other developments. TA Global is also launching a project next to its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. Currently, it is named TA3 and TA 4. The two-towers development will boast 242 private residences, 601 serviced apartments and a 548-key hotel. Located beside Menara TA One and opposite the Petronas Twin Towers, this project is a development comprising two towers of 58 and 66 storeys. The developer also plans to launch a RM 3 billion, 15-acre mixed-use development, Ativo Annexe, in Bandar Sri Damansara. It will comprise a shopping mall, office towers, a college, medical centres and senior living apartments. They will be selling the office and residential towers and managing the environment and tenants of the mall. There is another on-going project which is tentatively named Nova Square. It is located in Jalan Imbi and the 2.68 billion three-towers development will offer 1,838 serviced apartments, with built-ups of 582 and 1,086 sq ft. It is scheduled to be launched in 2021 and the developer intends to keep one of the towers as this is the first project where the interior is designed by TA Global. TA Global plans to sell a RM550 million project in mid-2021. It is a two-tower residential development named Ativo Suites at Bandar Sri Damansara which was launched in March last year. It has 668 serviced apartments with built-ups from 499 to 1,490 sq ft. The highest price point is around RM1,000 PSF and the take-up rate is 70% to 80%. Outside of the Klang Valley, the developer has another RM450 million big project in Kluang, Johor. It is their maiden project in Johor, spanning 95 acres, comprising 524 landed properties with a good mix of 3-storeys terraced houses, semi-detached houses and bungalows. It will be launched in early 2020. The company owns and runs hotels in Australia, Canada, Singapore, China and Thailand. Their portfolio of hotels includes the Radisson Blu Plaza (Sydney, Australia), The Westin Melbourne (Australia), Swissotel Merchant Court (Singapore), Aava Whistler Hotel (Canada), Swissotel Kunshan (China), Movenpick Resort & Spa, Karon Beach, Phuket (Thailand) and The Trump International Hotel & Tower (Canada). In Singapore and Sydney, there are plans to redevelop the hotels by building additional rooms on the top. The company is also looking for new opportunities in Canada, Australia, Tokyo and Seoul. The Little Bay Cove development in Australia is worth RM482.3mil (AU$162mil), which is 99.4% sold, while more than 80% units are sold for Ativo Suite. TA Global’s Q1’18 net profit almost tripled to RM230.15mil from RM57.56mil a year ago, due to the disposal of Australian property and compulsory land acquisition by the federal government.Alix Residences Location
