Alinea Suites Floor Plan
Alinea Suites comprises a single 25-storey tower consisting of a total of 480 SOHO units and four retail units. Basement and ground floor levels are allocated for visitor car parks, Levels 1 to 8 are allocated for resident car parks, Level 9 is dedicated to facilities while Levels 10 to 24 contain the SOHO units. Each floor houses 32 SOHO units and these are accessible via four lifts (including 1 service lift).
As of now, two types of floor plans are available, type 1D and 2A. The SOHO unit’s built-up area totals approximately 441 sq. ft. with 1 bathroom and comes with one allocated parking bay. Only selected premium units (unit numbers 13-08, 15-08, 16-08, 18-01, 18-08, 18-20 & 18-27) come with two parking bays. All SOHO units sold at Alinea Suites come with a digital lockset and are fully furnished with the exception of a television, washing machine and dryer.

Alinea Suites Facilities and Amenities
Alinea Suites does not fall short when it comes to its own list of facilities and amenities provided in the building itself. All three competitor residential developments have been completed in 2014 and 2016, respectively and hold the same land tenure as Alinea Suites, which is leasehold. The properties are also all located within the same vicinity thus they all have access to similar amenities within the area.
In terms of built-up area, Alinea Suites offers the most compact sizing in comparison to its competitors but this is because Studio Fourteen offers 2- and 3-bedroom units as well while Plaza Azalea offers duplex suites for business purposes. Studio Fourteen offers the lowest density while on the other hand, Alinea Suites provides the highest price per sq. ft. Vista Alam has the highest density as the 576 units are only for SOHO units and the development also has 2 blocks of 2- and 3-bedroom units, bringing the overall total units to 1,133. Both Vista Alam and Plaza Azalea have mixed residential and business units and due to the convenience, more units are used for business purposes.
On the whole, Alinea Suites is the best choice in terms of value for the price considering the facilities, convenience and security. It is important to note that all the other developments are older as they were completed several years prior while Alinea is a brand new project, thus the design, architecture and concept will be more suited to the current needs and demands. First-time homeowners may also prefer a newer development, thus justifying the higher price per sq. ft. Also, Alinea Suites offers more privacy as a home or living space as it has a medium density with just 480 units while the competitors, particularly Vista Alam and Plaza Azalea, have more units utilised as business premises.
