Tropicana Gardens Edelweiss is a mixed-development located in Tropicana Indah, Damansara, Selangor. The development is the newest Tropicana Gardens development phase after Tropicana Gardens Mall, Tropicana Gardens Signature Office, and 4 serviced residential towers. Tropicana Gardens Edelweiss is a development undertaken by Tropicana Corporation.
Tropicana Gardens Edelweiss is being developed on a 2.35-acre land along Persiaran Surian, opposite the Seri Selangor Golf Club. Considered one of the prime suburbs of Petaling Jaya, the development is surrounded by other residential and commercial developments. The development is located 15km from Subang Jaya, 18km from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and minutes away from Damansara and Petaling Jaya. The development has three components, retail, serviced residence and Small Office, Flexible Office (SoFo) in 2 towers.
The 1st tower, called the South Wing, comprises 52 floors with 42 floors of serviced residences. The 2nd tower, called North Wing, is made up of 50 floors. 25 floors are dedicated for the SoFos, while 13 floors will feature serviced residence. The retail component covers both towers on the ground and 1st floor with a link bridge to Tropicana Gardens Mall. The remaining floors are divided into parking, service floors and transfer floors.
