The Tropika Floor Plan

Sited on 6.5 acres of freehold land with a residential title, The Tropika consists of 868 units of serviced apartments spread across four blocks with a height of 37 to 42 storeys. As a mixed-use development, it also comes with nine two-storey retail lots that enjoy dual frontage. Tower A (39 storeys) is the first tower to launch, encompassing 229 condominium units of three layouts in two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations; followed by Tower B (236 units), Tower C (250 units) and Tower D (153 units).

Catering for families and working professionals, its four layouts offer large built-ups of 732 sq ft (Type A), 974 sq ft (Type B), 1,318 sq ft (Type C) and 1,251 sq ft (Type D – reserved for Tower D), with a maximum of seven units per level, or five units per floor in Tower D. The number of bedrooms ranges from two to three, which is more than adequate for a single individual or a small family. The serviced apartments are priced from RM575,800 to RM1,391,800, which translates to around RM786 per sq ft (psf).

This project is projected for completion by February 2023. The developer shares that it has already registered interest for more than 50% of its residential units as of 21 Feb 2019, suggesting a healthy market response to the launch.
