Located in the northern part of the Petaling region, Alstonia resides in the suburbs of Sungai Buloh, within the township of Bukit Rahman Putra. Usually abbreviated as ‘BPR’, the matured neighbourhood is named after the first Malaysian prime minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, established in the early 1990s. Comprising a vast land of 4.11 acres, Alstonia Hilltop Homes has a total GDV of RM243 million. Mainly composed of residential developments, Bukit Rahman Putra is known for being a prime neighbourhood, surrounded by luxurious premium bungalows, semi-detached homes and villas. Alstonia is close to well-established communities such as Kampung Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara, Damansara and Sunway Putra Rahman. With a short drive from Alstonia, one can easily reach Kuala Lumpur within 20 minutes.
Connectivity
Being located in the heart of Sungai Buloh, Alstonia is connected via Jalan Sungai Buloh and Jalan Kuala Selangor. Alstonia Hilltop Homes Developer: MRCB Land
Alstonia Hilltop Homes is developed by prime real estate developers, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) Land was first established in 1968. Starting as a carbide manufacturing company at first, MRCB Land went public three years after its inception. Then, in 1981, the company permanently switched to real estate and property development. Today, MRCB specialises in commercial, retail and transportation hubs. MRCB Land has an impressive track record of accomplishments such as the iconic Kuala Lumpur Sentral, The Grid KLCC, The Sentral Residences KL Sentral, Q Sentral, St. Regis Residence and so on.
MRCB Land has secured three plots of land in Bukit Rahman Putra alone.
